By accessing and using BiomeHosting services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

BiomeHosting provides Minecraft server hosting services, including but not limited to:

• Minecraft server hosting with various server types (Vanilla, Paper, Forge, Fabric, etc.)
• One-click modpack installation from CurseForge, Modrinth, and Technic
• Server management tools and control panel access
• Backup and restore services
• Technical support services

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

• All fees are charged in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis
• Payments are processed securely through our payment providers
• Refunds are available within 72 hours of initial purchase (money-back guarantee)
• Service will be suspended if payment is not received by the due date
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, threatening, or illegal content
• Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network
• Use the service for any illegal activities or to facilitate illegal activities

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily interrupt service. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

7. Data and Backups

Regarding data and backups:

• We provide automated backup services, but you are responsible for maintaining your own backups
• We are not liable for data loss due to user error, hardware failure, or other circumstances
• Backups are retained for a limited time as specified in your plan
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection laws applicable to your use of the service

8. Termination

Either party may terminate service:

• You may cancel your service at any time through your account dashboard
• We may suspend or terminate service for violation of these terms, non-payment, or illegal activity
• Upon termination, all data may be permanently deleted after a grace period
• No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods after cancellation

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiomeHosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
